Anita Nicholson, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, integrative medicine, and women’s health.
She specializes in menopause medicine, hormone health, healthy aging, and cardiovascular risk reduction, with a particular interest in how menopause and metabolic health influence long-term cardiovascular risk in women. Anita is passionate about helping women and clinicians better understand midlife health through practical, evidence-based care and education.
