Dr. Lillian Medhus is a doctorally prepared Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. She is the first nurse practitioner to earn certification as an endometriosis specialist through I Care Better. She has extensive postgraduate training in chronic pelvic pain, menopause management, and sexual medicine, with a clinical focus on complex hormonal and gynecologic conditions. 

Dr. Medhus is the founder and owner of Aspire Women’s Wellness, an integrative specialty practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, individualized care for women with complex health concerns. Her clinical work is informed by her own personal experience with endometriosis and a passion for addressing gaps in women’s healthcare.
